As you can see I am testing new page design, simpler and cleaner layout, hopefully soon also new database software...
You can glance some 50 penpal ads at a time by opening just one page, without having to click every ad separately
for more details. I hope also you prefer this way of reading fresh new ads immediately.
I am already 67, retired ex-newspaper professional, and am now willing to test some fine dating and CMS software and databases to save time and troubles.
With the help of some other web publishers that may succeed...
Any ideas ?
In the past "viper guestbook" by Fantastico was tested and it was excellent but the hackers destroyed all the penpal
ads a few years ago. Security problems... Simpler guestbooks are of no use. Outside databases are often not so good looking.
I started the Signal penpal magazine already in 1960, it has been issued for 50 years. On the web since 1997.
In a way the Signal is the predecessor of the Facebook and hundreds of other dating and penpal websites and social networks !
Take a look at Signal-history
and see it yourself.
The Australian Dolphin 7 software by BoonEx is used by thousands of penpal and dating sites. I may test it for the Signal, too.
We'll see it later but any suggestions welcome also from you. My email is signal@sci.fi.
